What is your return and exchange policy?
Axkllgzu offers a 30-day return policy from the original user's date of purchase. Please contact Global Customer Service to initiate the return process. Our customer service team will work with you to develop a resolution.

To ensure a smooth process, products must be returned and unpacked from a US mailing address. Products returned in their original packaging will not be subject to a restocking fee. Products returned without their original packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Note: Final sale items (those noted on the product description page) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
I purchased a product from a retailer and encountered a problem. What should I do?
Axkllgzu products purchased from third-party retail partners are subject to that partner's return and exchange policy. If the item you received is defective and outside the retail partner's return and exchange period, but still within the 30-day warranty period from the original purchase date, please contact Global Customer Support at Support@axkllgzu.shop. Certain conditions may apply.
